About the Security Officer Role
Successful candidates will help maintain the safety and security of people, properties, and client locations. Security Officers may work across different sites and shifts while providing professional service to clients and members of the public.
The position also involves working with security systems, alarms, and access-control equipment. Officers may be required to respond appropriately to incidents and emergency situations.

Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have relevant New Zealand security unit standards 27364, 27360 and 27361 and be eligible for vetting clearance. Previous experience in security, customer service, or another service-focused position is preferred.
Candidates should also have good spoken and written English, strong reporting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Applicants must currently live in the Christchurch region and have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
