Job Responsibilities
The selected Courier Driver will handle Auckland Metro pickups and deliveries. Daily responsibilities include safely loading and unloading the delivery van, planning efficient routes, transporting goods on time and maintaining professional customer service.
Drivers should also take good care of the assigned vehicle and follow road safety requirements throughout their working day.
Requirements
Applicants should have a clean and full Class 1 driving licence along with previous fleet courier driving experience. Good knowledge of Auckland roads and the ability to plan delivery routes are important for this position.
Candidates should also have strong communication and customer service skills, basic computer knowledge and a reasonable level of physical fitness, as the job involves regularly getting in and out of the van and handling deliveries.
