Join Punjab Police in August 2025: Wireless Operator & Driver Constable Jobs Now Available

Lahore (August 3, 2025) — The Punjab Police has officially opened applications for Wireless Operator Jobs 2025, offering multiple vacancies for Constables, Lady Constables, Mechanics, and Drivers in the Telecommunication Department. This recruitment drive is aimed at strengthening police communications across Punjab and is open to both male and female candidates meeting the eligibility criteria.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants from any district of Punjab can apply if they fulfill the required age, height, education, and physical fitness standards. The following qualifications are mandatory:

• Wireless Operator: Intermediate (F.Sc. Pre-Engineering or Science) or DAE in Electrical/Electronics

• Mechanic Constable: Matric (Science) with minimum 50% marks

• Driver Constable: Matric + Valid LTV License + 2 years of verified driving experience

Age Requirements:

• Wireless Operator & Mechanic Constable (Male/Female): 18 to 22 years

• Driver Constable (Male only): 21 to 30 years

Physical Standards:

Male Candidates:

• Height: Minimum 5 feet 7 inches

• Chest: 33″ – 34.5″

• Physical Test: 1.6 km run in 7 minutes

Female Candidates:

• Height: Minimum 5 feet 2 inches

• Physical Test: 1.6 km run in 10 minutes

Job Quotas:

Punjab Police follows the government-mandated quotas:

• 5% for minorities

• 10% for ex-servicemen

• 15% for women

Note: No relaxation in age, height, or education criteria will be granted — ensuring a merit-based selection process.

2. Fill in accurate personal and academic details

3. Attach attested copies of:

   • CNIC

   • Domicile

   • Educational documents

   • Recent passport-size photographs

4. Driver applicants must attach LTV license and experience certificate

5. Include Rs. 300 as application processing fee (not for the form)

6. Submit your complete application by hand or post to:
   SSP Telecommunication Office, Qurban Lines, Lahore

7. Submission Dates: From August 11 to August 25, 2025

Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Submitting false documents may result in disqualification and legal action.
