In a bid to ensure long-term commitment and adherence to the airline’s operational standards, successful candidates will be required to submit a $15,000 financial bond.

In addition to hiring cadets, PIA is also looking to onboard 20 experienced commercial pilots to meet immediate operational requirements. Interested candidates must submit their applications to the HR department within 15 days of the announcement.

The airline’s previous First Officer recruitment campaign drew close to 300 applicants, reflecting strong interest in national carrier roles despite sector challenges.
